One thing that I cannot get my head around is how in a few posts back on your blog you said SUMMER IS ALMOST OVER and then today you said about welcome to the first day of summer. We in TDOT have just had 3 days of extreme heat. Yesterday was BRUTAL, just went thru a beautiful storm that watered my garden. Summer starts and has always started on June 21 whether you are in the Yukon or in Siberia. MJT
