ELTON JOHN's Farewell Tour

Another highlight of my visit was making our way to downtown Toronto to attend the farewell tour of Elton John.  So exciting!!!!!  

I was first treated to a wonderful dinner thanks to my sisters and their husbands.  We then made our way to the Scotia Centre to attend the concert.

Although partially covered, the purple writing says "farewell".

He played for three solid hours ... no breaks, no intermission.  All this at 71 years old.

He sat at and played piano the whole time.

Then the gold dust fell from the ceiling.

Thanks sisters.  Without you I would have missed this magical night.
