July 7 was an extra busy day at my house. Beginning at 7:45 AM the trucks started rolling in. First came the men to disassemble my oil furnace and install my brand new electric furnace. Next came the electricians who had to add a 200 amp fuse panel to my house. Then came the door people who were installing a new window insert - with screen - and weather stripping my door. It was a whirlwind of activity and all was completed in one day.
A perfect ending to the day was having dinner made for me at Kim's house. Above she is showing me the glass plates she made herself. The were very nice.
And she showed me the radishes that were given to her from a Yukon garden. Now, what do you do with radishes that big???
