SR asked me if I wanted to attend the Remembrance Day ceremony taking place this year. I am embarrassed to say, I have never attended a ceremony, so quickly agreed. It is held in the Canada Games Centre and was extremely well attended. I was surprised at how many "young" people came (of course, SR asked me what I thought "young" meant) - young families and teenagers attending in groups.
We viewed the ceremony from upstairs, thus viewing it through the netting (which was a bit annoying at times). All in all, I am glad I attended.
